Exceptional example of the 1983 37' Diesel powered Tollycraft Sedan, Down galley.
The Tollycraft 37 Convertible is one of those rare boats whose good reputation has endured over the years. Introduced in 1974, she enjoyed a long production run and remains popular today because of her sturdy construction, practical layout, and low maintenance demands.
Showing a distinctive West Coast profile, her relatively heavy displacement and a sharp entry allow the Tollycraft 37 to handle adverse sea conditions with confidence. Two floor plans were offered, a two-stateroom layout with the galley in the salon, and a more popular single-stateroom interior with the galley down. In both, an angled double berth is found in the bow stateroom, and a lower helm was standard.
Notably, the large salon windows of the 37 make the interior seem unusually open and spacious. Note that a full teak interior became standard in 1977, replacing the original wood grain Formica interior. With nearly 90 square feet of space, the cockpit is large enough for serious fishing pursuits.
This is a well cared for and beautiful example of the Tolly 37!
