PT Sundeck Trawler

What a beautiful example of a PT Performance Trawler.  Made in Taiwan, the original owner visited the yard while the boat was being built to make sure it was to his specifications.  He specified a factory enclosure of the sundeck where it would normally be open or closed with Eisenglass.  Its such a nice feature and enlarges the livable space by quite a bit.  The second owner, who is sadly,  now selling the boat, has gone way beyond normal maintenance and has a real show piece of a boat.  He has gotten to the point where normal maintenance has turned into some pretty high upgrades.  Sunbrella fabric is protecting this boat from the rails to the wing doors to the screens on all the windows to the furniture on the sundeck.  Much, if not everything on this boat has been replaced.  To name a few items, the refrigerator, leather upholstery on the dinette cushions, the water heater, the heads, every faucet in the galley and heads, the electronics, the water pump, a new memory foam queen mattress and all the light bulbs have been changed to LED.  She is both beautiful and practical with her extra wide 14'6" beam, you'll have no problem being comfortable.  The floors are gorgeous- if you like teak and holly, that is.  They're in excellent condition and they've been covered for most of their life.  The couch and loveseat have custom Sunbrella slipcovers on them that still allow you to recline, but the cream leather underneath is like brand new.  Also in the salon, is a 46" flat screen tv with Bose bluetooth surround sound.  So, watch your movies and feel like you're there or hook up your phone and rock to your playlist.Beautiful and spacious with a wide beam - great for having family and friends aboard,This vessel has a custom built aft enclosure. the original owner supervised the construction and added many unique features.Please contact listing agent Dan Manley at 510-867-8050Show More
