DESCRIPTION

The asking price is $59,000 or BEST OFFER.
It feels as though I'm selling a beloved family member rather than a yacht. This vessel is the
ideal day cruiser in Miami or a sublime choice for an overnight excursion to Key West. The
yacht's layout is flawless, whether you're planning a day trip in Miami, a weekend getaway to
Key West, or seeking the perfect, never-before-chartered yacht for your chartering needs. As the
owner of a company expanding to Miami, I did what any aspiring Miami resident would do – I
bought a yacht. Now, it's time for me to upgrade, but I will certainly miss her dearly.
Hailing from the Midwest, I have a penchant for maintaining my possessions in pristine
condition, often investing substantial sums to ensure their perfection. I had originally intended to
keep this yacht for many years, having spent considerable time and effort finding her. With only
two previous owners, this yacht has spent her entire life in the freshwater lakes and rivers of
Wisconsin during the summer months and stored in a warehouse throughout the winter. I paid a
hefty sum to transport her to Miami, unwilling to settle for a subpar vessel that had languished in
saltwater.
Upon her arrival, I promptly undertook a comprehensive renovation and extensive maintenance
of the entire yacht. I enlisted the services of a top-notch upholsterer to revamp all of the
upholstery, modernize the aesthetic, and create an exquisite, custom-made Sun Pad for the bow –
likely the only one of its kind on this yacht series. Every six months, a highly skilled mechanic
performs a thorough yearly maintenance on every component. Additionally, a professional boat
cleaner meticulously cleans the entire topside weekly, ensuring a brand-new appearance, and the
bottom side receives a professional cleaning monthly. As a responsible yacht owner, I address
any potential issue promptly, regardless of the cost, and never cut corners.
The yacht is in excellent working condition, with reliable engines, a powerful generator, air
conditioning, fully functioning toilet and plumbing (pump out only), fresh water, and a newly
installed audio system.
Each time I take this yacht out, people inquire about chartering her, as she is ideally sized and
configured for maximum profitability in Miami's charter market. While larger yachts may
struggle to find bookings, smaller, more affordable vessels like this one are consistently in high
demand. Despite the lucrative potential, I have never chartered this yacht, as I value the time and
effort I've invested in maintaining her pristine condition.

This yacht comes fully equipped with everything you could need and more, often including
duplicates or triplicates of essentials such as power cords, high-quality ropes, safety equipment,
and much more.

I recently had a full maintenance service performed, ensuring the new owner is set up for
success. There is only one minor issue I have yet to address: replacing a trim tab that recently fell
off. Although I have never used the trim tabs myself, as I primarily use the yacht for day cruising
in the bay and within a mile of the ocean, this is an easy and inexpensive fix.

Recent updates and maintenance include:
- Full maintenance on all systems
- Upgraded speaker system
- Modernized renovation of the upholstery
- Custom-made, high-quality Sun Pad
- Upgraded anchor

Manufacturer Provided Description

The Cruisers 3585 Flybridge maintains the classic lines of the earlier 3580 but offers a redesigned interior with distinctive features. The 3585 features a 'GalleyUp' design which creates a spacious, comfortable living space typical of larger boats. The salon offers a wrap-around, convertible dinette - double berth and a TV - entertainment center. The roomy galley, located a step down from the salon, includes a large refrigerator and freezer, a double burner electric stove, microwave oven, plenty of counter and cabinet space, plus parquet flooring. The 3585 provides a queen-sized forward island berth along with a second cabin located beneath the lower helm; this cabin boasts two twin beds that convert to a king-size. Plus, the stand-up head includes a separate shower for additional cruising convenience. In the cockpit, an optional wraparound L-seat accommodates extra passengers, while the helm seat and companion seating up top offer more room. All levels are accessed by molded steps.
