This is my 2nd new Chapman Transition. The first one was a 24' that we towed each Summer to the Bahamas. The bow ramp enabled us to pull up to an island and offload my wife's elderly parents and of course, easily load and unload folding chairs, tables, tents and other supplies necessary for a beach day on a remote island.
These boats are real work horses and extremely steady at sea. If you look closely, you can see a really tough bow eye that can be used to tow the boat as a tender.
Not seen in the pictures are the full mooring covers that drape from the top and completley enclose the interior of the vessel. It features a Dometic toilet that is accessed through the hatch at the forward part of the center console.
It's REALLY a great boat, lot's of fun and versatility with super shallow draft and tough as a boot.
As we are now approaching 70 years of age, we no longer have much use for an ocean going vessel but I promise you, this boat is all but brand new with 20 hours and if you absolutely do not LOVE it when you see it, simply walk away, no hard feelings. It is located behind our house in St. Augustine, Florida.
