Classic 1958 Chris Craft Commander,
(32 Ft LOA, 11 Ft beam)

She was fully restored in 2012, keeping original design in mind but with modern conveniences added. Added: Air Conditioning, internet connectivity, low voltage deck lights, docking lights, Garmin GPS. 

 
All the interior wood surfaces were redone and the headliner was replaced with tongue and groove wood matching stain to the interior wood.  Floors were completely redone along with cabinets. Dehumidifier
Two GM 350 rebuilt engines replaced the original engines.

2017:

New wood bottom and hull paint, upgrading it from the original.  New water heater.

Deck and Hull Equipment

  • Hull is the original Philippine Mahogany.   
  • Awl Grip Marine Paint
  • Bottom (water line and below) and Keel replaced in 2017 By Jim Moore’s Marine in Beaufort, NC.  The bottom is a 3 piece marine plywood epoxied between layers as it was cold molded to the stringers, bulk heads and keel.  It is painted with an antifouling Pettit Vivid paint.
