At the end of the 1950s, classic wooden motor boats were built on Lago d'Iseo in Lombardy/Italy, which are still coveted by enthusiasts and collectors.Two shipyards with classics in this area that particularly stand out are the shipyards RIVA and AVIONAUTICA RIO. Finally, both boats have very similar, maximum configuration levels.The RIO COLORADO and RIVA AQUARAMA came onto the market almost at the same time, although the RIO COLORADO was probably slightly ahead despite being made to order.Due to series production and better marketing, a RIVA AQUARAMA is not only much better known today, but was also built many times more often than a RIO COLORADO.
