Duchess was built to individual plans for John Henry Molson who owned her from 1937 to 1957.She is 40' long, 2 cabin design, and powered by a single Volvo 6 cylinder marine diesel engine. Built with Carvel planked mahogany on steam-bent oak frames. The decks are fiberglass over teak planking.Currently equipped with a 2 burner propane cooktop, A 1950's antique refrigerator with 12v insert, and period ice chest with 12v Isotherm unit provide plenty of cold storage.This timeless classic is currently in the water in Toronto, awaiting her next owner for years of enjoyment or restoration to original condition.
