ROSIE is an incredibly well built 2002 American Tug 34 that made her way to Alaska and then came down the West Coast thru the Panama Canal and ended up on the East Coast. She had new Awlgrip in 2019 and was delivered to us from New York to be professionally marketed and sold.  This is an incredible opportunity at an incredible price.  Do not hesitate!  ROSIE is a " Best Buy."

Accommodations

Easily board via swim platform through center transom gate or wide walkway to molded steps, port and starboard to partially covered cockpit. Ladder leads to covered top deck and windowed door to saloon.

Enter saloon with locker port, secreting washer/dryer, built in L shaped convertible settee with storage below and hi-lo table Starboard is L shaped galley with double corner sink, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, three burner stove and oven, lockers and drawers. Opening windows port, starboard and aft, beige leatherette upholstery, tan carpeted sole and custom blinds.

Moving forward up two steps to the pilot house with starboard helm, double captain's bench and door to walkway forward. Port side there is mate's double bench, door to walkway forward and steps to quarters below. Opening windows port, starboard and aft, stationery windows port and starboard, overhead portlight and three panel front windshield. Windows and doors have screens.

Down portside steps to companionway with lockers, opening portlight, access to head and stateroom. Forward stateroom has centerline queen berth , hanging lockers port and starboard, opening overhead hatch, opening portlights port and starboard and ensuite access to head.
