41' Hatteras Twin Cabin Cruiser (43' LOA). Fiberglass hull. Twin 283 hp 8V53 Detroit Diesel engines, raw water cooling, inboard. 50 amp shore service (two 30 amp panels). 6 kW Onan generator (not operational). Two 12V batteries. Hardtop aft deck enclosure with electric AC/heat. Aft/captain's cabin has two platforms. One twin, one converted to short queen. Ensuite head with macerator, stall shower, vanity. V-berth sleeps two. Forward head was converted to laundry (stacked washer/dryer), could be converted back to head. Galley with 10 cu ft 110 V fridge/freezer, Princess three burner electric stove and oven, Woodwork throughout, parquet floors in saloon. Set up for three AC units. Forward (v berth) unit cools only. Saloon unit has reverse cycle for heat. Aft unit is not currently operational (requires blower replacement or full replacement), but was set up for heat. Two panel heaters (head and v berth). 150 gal freshwater tank. 12V water pressure pump. 19 gal 110V water heater. Blackwater holding tank. All through-hulls brought up to ABCY standards. Live-aboard boat for at least the last 20 years in fresh water. Very comfortable and roomy for the size. Built-in furniture was removed, making room for more comfortable "land" furniture. Vessel is definitely better suited to living than cruising, given the small anchor, lack of generator, and reliance on 110V systems. Showing her age in some places: in need of paint and varnish in places, 2/4 aft cabin windows need to be rebedded
