Egg Harbor 40 Sport Fish

We are so excited to bring to market this incredible heavily updated 40 ft Egg Harbor Sport Fish, Over Easy is your dream! Meticulously maintained with yearly brightwork refresh and engine maintenance, Over Easy is a sight to be seen. The boat has always been fresh water and stored in heated storage during the Michigan winters. She was originally gas powered, but re-manned to turbo charged Cummins diesels in 2009. This Egg Harbor 40 Sportfish has a standard two cabin layout. The forward cabin, head, and guest cabin are located on the lower level forward. The galley is mid-way between the lower level and the salon/cockpit level on port and the salon at the cockpit level. The interior decor has vinyl headliners, teak paneling and trim, carpeting, waterproof tiling, Formica countertops, and fabric upholstery. Please see below list of updates over the years! UPDATES OVER THE YEARS

 Newer STATPOWER Truecharge 20+ automatic 20amp battery charger FUEL TANKS: Newer aluminum tanks with combined capacity of 400 gallons. WATER TANK - 100 gallon capacity. HOT WATER TANK: A newer 12 gallon capacity VHF: 1 RAYMARINE Ray 218 at the lower helm and a Ray 240 at the upper helm. DEPTH/GPS/PLOTTER/RADAR: A RAYMARINE RL80C radar and GARMIN 3210 GPS/Plotter at the upper helm which powered up. And RAYMARINE RC631 at the lower Helm. AUTOPILOT: A RAYMARINE autopilot AC and HEAT UPDATES: 2022-Full professional mechanical maintenance completed in July on Engines, transmission, and generator including diesel oil and filters, diesel fuel filters/racors, transmission fluid check and change, generator oil and filter change. Seawater strainers cleaned professionally New LED lights replaced in both berths. New smart TVs mounted in both salon and master berth. Bow nonskid redone. 2021-new bilge pumps installed in both center bilge?s, new fridges in galley and salon both AC/DC. New bottom paint and zincs. 2020-New windlass installed with both bow and fly bridge controls. Updated mattresses in both berths. 2019- All port holes replaced with stainless steel ports with additional screens. Side windows removed and refitted. 2018- new flooring throughout including core-tec non expanding or contracting tiles in the salon and galley providing 7 points of access to engines and other utilities. Carpet updated every two years thereafter. New Curtains and blinds. Updated furniture with special humidity proof products. Updated Kitchen with glass tiles and update faucet.
