Epic, a 32-foot rowing and sailing boat, was launched by students, teachers and volunteers in the Community Boat Project on May 30.

The Community Boat Project (CBP) is supported by the Northwest School of Wooden Boatbuilding and located on the school’s Heritage Campus in Port Hadlock. The program is an inclusive, hands-on educational and vocational offering for high school students from the Chimacum and Port Townsend school districts.
